Since it's now a drop down (compared to a list in 2.x) it's difficult to get to replies if these are alphabetically at the end of a long list. Please is there a way to re-order the replies within the drop down?

Hi
I was used to CTRL+Clicking 'Close' on several tickets in v2.0.1 and then closing them quickly from the newly opened window without losing track of the 'Queue' view. Upgrading to v3.0.4 was a bliss except now I am frequently annoyed by the following:
