buenos dias
soy nuevo en el mundo de otrs y lo estoy probando satisfactoriamente, pero resulta que tengo un problema o no se si sea un problema......
resulta que al momento de crear los tickets ya sea por la interfaz customer o por el index nunca se lleva un consecutivo de la numeracion del ticket ...
