Tengo instalado el otrs v 2.0.4 y necestaria actualizar a la ultima version. Estoy usando linux server y Oracle.Los upgrades para otrs me figuran a partir de la version 2.1.x, Alguna ayuda?
Puedo instalar mas de un modulo a la vez? Que archivos debo bajar?

Hi there.
U have installed otrs v 2.0.4 and need to upgrade it . Im using a Linux server and Oracle Db. I read that upgrades start at 2.1.x, so any help?
Can I install just one module at a time? Which file must I download?
