SSO coexist with normal auth

Hi there I did manage to get SSO up and running - nice! :) But now my iPhone app. and promt - etc. want to login as root is not working Is there an option to coexist with both prompt and SSO? Etc.. maybe 2 URL's? Thought of making a new server so i do have 2 but with same database.. :) And only run ...

Or save a cookie so the agent dont have to login every time?

Hi there

Is it positble to have a Case closed to the customer auto response?

I have tried to set auto response to the customer queue auto remove - but its not working?

I just want to notify the customer that the case is closed
