cmdb view in customer.pl

Hi,

is there a possibility to show part of the cmdb in the customer view? I would like to assign items to a specific customer so he can see a short "inventory" with the linked tickets, and history etc.

CMDB overview categories

Hi,

I cannot seem to figure out how to add categories to the overview. Right now I have these options:
All Computer Hardware Location Network Software
but i would like to add monitors, servers, etc
could anyone help me on that?

Hi,

I have to create a script to add a lot of computers to ITSM, I would like to create a scheduled task that runs a sql statement. Could anyone help me with some documentation about inserting hardware via sql?

ich moechte den kunden durch einem external note sagen "alles ist ok, bitte testen und nachher werde ich den ticket schliessen". ist das moeglich? vielleicht ein custom-note einstellen...
