Re: Agent Login -> having both LDAP and Database Agents
Hello! Sorry for the late answer. It did work, thanks a lot for the help! :) Anyway, even though it seems now to me really obvious for me now (because of the analogy with the multiple Customer backends) it didn't seem so obvious before, as it was not documented. Once again, thank you very much :) Ki...

Re: Agent Login -> having both LDAP and Database Agents
Oops, I've missed something. What i meant is if it is possible to have them working at the same time. I have tried the Database authentication and the LDAP authentication. They both work perfectly, but i can't put them working at the same time. This article http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/auth-backe...

Re: Sent no 'auto reply' for Ticket [ticket #]
Hello, Thank you for the reply. I think that is not the case. Maybe it is related with the fact that the customer actually sends the e-mail to a mailing list? In our case we've got the following... 1. Customer sends an e-mail to support@ourcompany.com 2. support@ourcompany.com delivers the e-mail to...

Sent no 'auto reply' for Ticket [ticket #]
Dear all, I am getting the following error when I try to send an auto response for any user: Sent no 'auto reply' for Ticket [ticket #] (<email@domain.com>) because the sender doesn't want a auto-response (e. g. loop or precedence header) I understand this is happening because of a specific header i...

Re: [Debian] Upgrade 2.4.7 > 3.0.5
By the way I know I can install it by my own installing the source and following the upgrade instructions, but I would prefer to avoid the hassle.
Another question I have is... How long does it usually take since a new version is available in .rpm to become available in .deb?
Thanks in advance!

[Debian] Upgrade 2.4.7 > 3.0.5
Hello! I am using an Ubuntu Server with OTRS 2.4.7. All went fine in the beggining. I found a debian package to install the application on its version 2.4.7 and I had no problems. Now I would like to upgrade to some 3.0 release, but i can't find any debian package. Is there any source? I searched an...
