Hi Community,

How I can solve this problem ? I can not login to OTRS system. I installed otrs version 3.0.6 and also installed ITSM package version 3.0.1 on Redhat version 5.5.
When I try to login but the error message still occur "SessionID is invalid.". How I can solve this problem ?

Hi All, According to our architecture in my firm, we separate database and web application in different server. Also I would like to install OTRS on Windows Server. there is no additional date field for changes. Wow I think it's quit hard for me to force end-user key-in the correct date format. That's a good idea to add date field. Do you think same as me ?
