I found that I can enable freetext for change in 3 types
- Text field
- Dropdown list
- Link

Can the freetext type is date or date time format?

If yes, how can I enable?

Now I'm using OTRS ITSM 2.1.1

I tried to set the timezone to my country, Thailand (UTC + 7). But when I set it, it is not match with my country's time. Now here is 12.47 pm but the time in OTRS (UTC+ 7) is 4.47 am.

What's wrong for my setting?
