I have the same problem, I didn't find either any documentation on locking. I trusted my intuition that told me: "Locked means, that anyone else can't do anything with this ticket" -- but I was wrong, as I had to realize. :? I'm using otrs-2.3.4; I locked a ticket and edited an answer, and...
