Setup two free text lists. however they are not showing when creating a new phone or email ticket, what am I missing.crythias wrote:For DDL, use a Free Text Field.

Hi Scott! Just go to Admin > SysConfig > Framework > Frontend::Agent and select a new .png file for 'AgentLogo'. Please note that the current 'OTRS' text is actually just a transparent .png file with some letters in it. -- Mike Thanks mike, :) I looked at this however I was looking for a text input...

I must be missing something very simple, so hope somebody can point me in the right direction.
Im running 3.0.6 or ubuntu 10.04.
How can I change the header / banner text? where is this setting in sysconfig?

I would also like something like this, Maybe dropdown list to select from in our case, what type of hardware is being sent in.
