I take it back sorry. When i put in a note, that ">" is still there when in the reponse to the customer.

Remove characters from body of tickets

is it possible to to remove the > characters when you specify <OTRS_AGENT_BODY[50]>?? here is what i mean

Not Sending Agent Notifications

Hi, i am really stuck. I am running v3.0.6 on a windows server 2003 box. I have OTRS successfully downloading emails via pop3, and successfully sending customer notifications(exchange 2007). I can not figure out why agents are not being notified. There is nothing in the log that says anything about ...
