How can I set a default value for the "To:" in a reply to a ticket?
Odd request maybe, but we really dont need them to go outside the company, and it would nearly ALWAYS goto the same address.
Im fine with hardcoding it into the XML or something, but I need to know where it is first.

I thought I would post here in the hopes that anyone found a resolution for this as it would be of tremendous help to me as well. I think we can get by without it, but it would grant us signifigant advantage if this were possible.

Absolutely Right! Very close to what we need now! Just missing one thing now, when I do a notify, is there a way to include the entire ticket in the body of the message? Also need a way to add attatchments to the notifications, I assume there is a way to do this? To provide some context, we are tryi...

Crythias, What is notification(event)? and is there a way to just fire off the ticket in its current state as an E-Mail?
