Any other workaround? if I have a few hundred manually maintained call logs in different dates, how can I import those into the system?

Automatic Ticket Clouser email to customer
I am using OTRS 3.0.6 and want to send automatic response upon ticket close. How can I do that? Can anyone provide a step by step configuration?
