There are some outside emails we still would like to recive at our help desk email just not get posted to OTRS as a ticket to any queue.

Here is what i have set up. We have 4 domains and we have set up the post master filter to put emails to the helpdesk in to their corresponding queue. all other emails that come to the helpdesk email like sales emails and other things that queues are not set up for go in to either the postmaster que...

I found it just incase you want to know it is the ZZZAuto.pm the path is c:\program files\OTRS\OTRS\Kernel\Config\Files

So the setting in the XML file are fine but i still can't log in its keep telling my i have timed out is there someplace else another file where that setting can be edited?

Oh I messed thing up now. I set the time out to 0 thinking that would shut it off but it didn't I found the line in the framework.xml where it is controlled but i can't get the syntax right.
