Hi thanks for the reply, i meant to say was do i have to be connected to a domain? So that when the other computer types the http://localhost..etc it will access the agent front page?

I have encountered another issue, I've set up Agents, Ques, and filters and everything is working well..... but my question right now at the moment is how are the created agents suppose to access OTRS on a different computer? Sorry if this is a fairly obvious question, but I am entry level ...

I'm not quite sure what you mean, when i go to create a group in the admin panel it does not give me a option to link it to ques, just gives me a option to set permission for certain agents.

So I managed to get e-mails going to specific ques, and I added agents to specific groups..... but my question is now how do i link the groups to the ques?

For example I have e-mails for certain bug reports so right now I have one e-mail account set up to fetch e-mails in OTRS support@example.com. For that e-mail address i have other addresses sending e-mails to support@example.com. so for example when tickets get generated it ...
