Dear all

we have otrs 3.0.8 running on linux and show error in http error like this

Timeout waiting for output from CGI script /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl

and than if if open browser gateway time-out

I have successfully installed OTRS 3.0.8 on fedora core 14, but sometimes error show like this

"
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application."

any idea ,, please help me....

i have OTRS application, it;s already running but i have show error like this
May 9 15:21:07 portal OTRS-PMAccount-10[26663]: [Error][Kernel::System::MailAccount::POP3::Fetch][Line:75]: POP3: Can't connect to pop.elga.net.id

please help me ,,,
