Hi, I am having the exact same issues. I was recently using 3.0.6 for testing and I noticed I had no agent notifications under 'English (United Kingdom)'. I see this has been fixed in 3.0.7 (which I am now using for testing) but I'm not getting any new ticket or follow-up notifications. Same as abov...
