I have OTRS from 2.4.6 to version 3.0.7 running on a IIS 7 server with PerlEx and mysql.
I have to say it works pritty quick.
It whas abit of a pain to setup but once i had it running it works great.
If you are going to run it on IIS with Perlex you should not forget to install one patch for ...

Hi,
is there a way to activate the browser autocomplete function again so you're browser remembers the once entered email adress?
i checked the form in compose email and found for the "To:" field has a attribuut autocomplete="off" but i want it to be on just like in otrs version 2.4.9.

Sorry it may sounds stupid but what is MTA ?
Just to explain it abit more.
When we take a older received mail from same customer with all same settings we can send the mail.
So we have to always return to a older mail to reply to it.

Hi,
We use OTRS on a windows 2008 server with activestate perl 5.10 on a IIS7 webserver and a mysql database.
This error occures random when we send a email FROM otrs to our customers.
Most of the time if we send a email from a previous send mail it will work but not always.

Hi,
since i updated to version 3.0.7 i receive allot of of error like this when i reply to emails:
Error Message: Impossible to send message to: "Das, Acer" <acer.das@dassa.com> .

I hope someone can help me with some things i cant figure out.
in otrs 3.0.7 replying or forwarding mails will popup in a new windows.
i want to change this that it will use the current window.
our company computers use such a low resolution that they have to maximize everytime the window ...
