Можно ли вставить код в автоматический ответ чтобы напомнить условия SLA (например : дата решения = 2 дня)?
Если ДА, то как можно это сделать?

J’ai passé otrs en SSL (HTTPS) et depuis, si il n’y a pas d’activé sur la page pendant un certain temps la page se bloque – il faut donc la rafraichir.
