As I said, it works for customer.pl, so I do not think it is a browser issue. Also, tested a few browsers and I have asked others to test too. Same error.

Survey error

I am getting this error in my cron mail:

Can't locate package Kernel::Language::en_CA_Survey for @Kernel::Language::ISA at /var/www/otrs-3.2.6/Kernel/Language.pm line 176.

Anyone have any ideas what I am missing ?

new column in status overview

I would like to add a column "responsible" in the queue/status overview page. I can do this with dynamic fields but can't find anyway to do this with a default field. Has anyone tried to do this?

i copied back the file from 3.1.3 "kernel/Languages/fr.pm" and all is fine now. So it looks like there is a bug in the new file.

If you find out the bug, please let me know.

html displays as text after upgrade

I have otrs 3.1.6 upgraded, and now when a user chooses French as preferences, message text shows html tags. Do you have any idea when I need to do?

The customers are being handled via LDAP, so I do not have individual customers in the OTRS database. Regardless, I do not see a "No" in any of the customers listed.

I do not see any email going back to the user, is there a flag which was turned off from the admin when the otrs was first installed ? Would you know which option turns this off ?

I have set up a task, which would delete any tickets in the junk queue. Currently I need to run it manually for it to take affect. Am I missing something ?

send new ticket notification to customer

I am trying to get otrs to send a notification to customer when there request has been received in otrs, which would display the new ticket and the web link to the ticket.

Anyone know how this is done. It works for the agent, but not for the customer.

Well because I created mine before alot of traffic came in, I decided to delete it from the table. I have verified all the other tables quickly and did not notice any cross link.
