But as we can see notification can only be for agents of custom queue and (or) agents group with write permissions (this we can see in GenericAgent.pm). No. We send answer on an encrypted message, but usually we don't encrypt our message, because it doesn't consist of security information. Ok, it's not problem. We'll encrypt it.
