Hallo,

ich habe soeben nach Anleitung von Thomas_K die Installation durchgeführt.

Vor dem Befehl: http://<ip-server>/otrs/installer.pl muss lediglich der Apache neu gestartet werden.

Sprich: /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

Mehr nicht. ;-)
