iPhone module for 3.1.1

Anyone know when the update for the iPhone module will be available for OTRS 3.1.1? My remote monitoring apps all rely on this module to connect to OTRS and are unusable right now since there is no module for the new version in the repos. :( Thanks.

Re: Nagios/OTRS Integration

Beautiful! Thanks for the clarification jojo! I'll give that a spin and if I have any problems I'll post. I'm looking forward to 3.1 being released!

Re: Nagios/OTRS Integration

Thanks jojo. So, just to be clear, the from address should be the "nagios@domain.com" address that nagios sends FROM. And I can sent the alert to any of the existing queues on the OTRS system and if it sees that from address it will act on it using the otrs/nagios module automatically? Kevin

FAQ Public Page link to customer login

Hey all, I have OTRS 3.0.11 installed. I currently have it set to go to the faq.pl when a user goes to the web site. Is there a way within the Sysconfig area to add a hyperlink on the public faq page so a user can click it and go to the customer login area? This way the user sees all the FAQ's first...

Re: Home page redirect...can't get it to work

Answered my own question. I DID need to allow overrides on the doc directory. Once I did that and restarted everything started working. Thanks for your help Marwain!

Then created an .htaccess file (also in /var/www/html) with what you said, restarted apache but all it does is show the text inside the index.html. :( mod_rewrite IS listed as being loaded in apache. Am I missing somethi...

Re: Home page redirect...can't get it to work

Thanks Marwain, but where is the default domain? /var/www/html is empty and is the default doc root in httpd.conf, so I'm not sure what OTRS considers the default doc root/page?

Home page redirect...can't get it to work

Hey all, running the latest 3.1b2 version on Centos. I want to set it so that when a customer goes to http://support.domain.com it automatically takes them to support.domain.com/otrs/customer.pl. I've read through the various postings in the forums for different versions but nothing seems to work. O...

Yep, I stated that above. I have tried everything. I have no idea what might be causing this. :(

Re: Time issue driving me insane

Yes, postfix reloaded, and the server rebooted as well, all to no avail.

Re: Time issue driving me insane

Crythias,
I'm actually using Postfix. I copied the localtime file to the postfix /var/etc/ directory as well, no difference.
