Hi
I went to sysconfig, Ticket->Core::Ticket, at the Ticket::ViewableStateType I added closed.
this has not done anything, as i still cannot view closed tickets in queues.
Is there another place I need to add viewable type closed to?

Hi Community
I've been trying to achieve the following, to have a closed tickets shown on a per queue basis.
Eg.) Queue Resolved will show tickettype=closed
