This is a guess, but in the admin section you might consider adding additional Status/State of Type Open: 1hour+ 1day+ way2long and also include these new States in these sections: Config Options: Ticket -> Core::Ticket Ticket::ViewableStateType: State types for a ticket to display. Time limit for Ticket Folloup on a closed ticket
For followup on a closed tickets,
we have possible/reject/newticket options.
It would have been nice if we had a time limit along with this option.
i.e. Follow-up should be available (new ticket) ONLY till a week's time once a ticket is closed.
Can we somehow implement this feature?

Hello crythias, More update: I got it working somehow by writing "LoadInlineContent => 1" on line 184 in AgentTicketAttachment.pm But i am not sure whether this will break any other functionality. Basically it is skipping the function "RichTextDocumentSafetyCheck" if i do it. Sho...

I am using db for storing attachments.
System log also doesn't provide anything on this issue.
I don't understand why it's assigning FileID=2, because FileID=1 works perfectly fine.
