In AgentTicketCompose.dtl non trovo alcun punto nel codice dove intervenire per disabilitare questa funzione.
Hai idea di come fare?

se mi trovo nella finestra per la risposta dei ticket e se premo il tasto invio il sistema invia la risposta. Posso disabilitare questa funzione?
