Blank image when attaching to ticket notes

Hi, Is there a fix for the blank image error encountered when attaching images to tickets. Please see screenshot. No errors were found on logs. I checked the modules but everything seems fine. [root@otrs bin]# ./otrs.CheckModules.pl o CGI............................ok (v3.50) o Crypt::PasswdMD5........

Email notification when using note-internal

Hi Guys,

Hope you can help me set this up. We would want OTRS to email us whenever an agent adds a note-internal to a ticket. Currently, we only have a notification when a new-ticket is created since it is clear on the "Event=TicketCreate".

Renaming ticket state

I renamed the ticket state "close successful" to "Resolved". Now, whenever I set the ticket to pending auto close + and cron runs /otrs.PendingJobs.pl, the ticket turns to "Open" state. I am using OTRS 3.0.7 is this is bug or are there configuration files that I need to...
