in my customization I've added four new colums in the DB Table "Customer_User" and i'm able to modify it from the Interface and show the new colums in all the places that i need.
But i'm unable to customize customize the small ticket view adding two of the new colums that i've added.

ho da poco installato KIX4OTRS per verificarne l'introduzione in alcuni progetti visto che sono già implementate molte funzionalità davvero utili.
Stò incontrando alcune difficoltà però nel settare in modo corretto i FreeTest Dipedenti.
Qualcuno di voi già lo usa ?

Unfortunately our Agent and Change Builder use the software in Italian and this localization generate a misunderstanding with the Condition.

We are thinking about to review all the translation

problema risolto.
Purtroppo c'è stata un'incomprensione dovuta all'errata localizzazione dell'interfaccia utente in italiano.
Il "Lock" sulla condition è stato tradotto come "prendi in gestione".

Ci toccherà ricontrollare tutte le traduzioni
