While owning the ticket to another agent, the text or comment assigned to ticket to accompagn it, is not displayed or shown, what should be the problem? before it used to be displayed. Plz help me to know what might be the problem and how to correct it.

Try removing the limit entry in SQL Box, then show tables hmm... there's a table called users and a table called customer_user we can describe customer_user or describe users ah... fields!
