Notify all users
In OTRS 3 is there a way to notify (by email) all OTRS users that a ticket has been closed? I've got it setup to notify the customer but I need to be able to tell all of the other helpdesk users too.

Upgrade from 2.2.4 to 3.0.10
Hi,
I'm new to OTRS and just wondered how I could go about updating from 2.2.4 to 3.0.10?
Can I go straight to the latest version or do I need to install some of the previous versions first?
