We have the same problem, but with A LOT of tickets. In order to close them, what we do is to change queue and then close'em Still haven't found a reason why this is happening. So I found that there was a trigger on the ticket TABLE making a reference to ticket_tr. The ticket_tr table is a leftover from the previous admin, god knows why is there. you should not run any scripts on Patch Level update! Your way should be: 3.0.4 -> 3.1.8 OK... They are not supposed to. There is something that's causing the tickets to be created without articles, this is causing ROOT empty tickets. Ok this is interesting, this is not what I was looking for but usefull none the less. What could be the reason thickets are being created without articles?
