Unable to recieve ticket creation notifications for agents.

Was fiddling over available commands and usage, do let me know if you have any good resources related with otrs command line.

Seems I have lost my admin privilleges for root user. I am unable to see admin tab or carry out any admin activities.
Please help how to resolve this.
