Well, I use rpm for update otrs 5 to otrs6, but I removed all packages of old installation. This can be a risk and lead to data loss if a package e.g. removes tabvlees during uninstallation. I never uninstall add-ons for an update. - Roy I think to remove third party packages. Anyway thanks
