die Ursache das Skript abbricht liegt an einem Fehler im Migrationsskript. Es wurde nicht in betracht gezogen das jemand die englische Benhachrichtung für Mention löscht, weil das eigentlich nicht notwendig ist.
Mit der 7.0.10 wurde das behoben, da tritt dieser Fehler nicht mehr auf.

At least for #3, there is a commercial add-on (available with support) from Znuny. This allows you to access attributes like mail, sn, etc., of the user that is assigned as a manager in an Active Directory.

Without knowing what your update steps were it's hard to guess what is wrong.

If you're stuck at the login page, have you checked the Javascript console? Anything in the application ,of or Apache error_log?

How is the screenshot related to your issue?

No 1 & 2 are not possible without add-ons. There are two commercial add-ons available with a support subscription (DynamicFieldGroups and AdvancedLDAP) from Znuny.

Regarding No. 3, I would check the DBMS's manual. Znuny only required host,port, user, and password.

2.) have this auto response assigned to the queue(s)

I assume "move a ticket to the queue" means when you fetch an email and a ticket is created.
