My guess is that you have the default ITSM reports still installed.
If you don't use the ITSM extension, you can delete them.

OK, dann war ich doch richtig.
Das geht IMHO nur wenn Du den Owner manuell in der GUI setzt oder per GA pro Kunden. Beides ist mit Aufwand verbunden.

Das sprengt aber hier ein wenig den Rahmen.

The pending time is checked in intervals. If you want a shorter interval feel free to modify:
