E-Mailkonto anlegen nicht möglich

Hallo Forum,

ich habe gerade ein neues System 4.0.16 aufgesetzt, alle Module installiert. Keine Erweiterungen installiert.
Wenn ich in der Kontenverwaltung ein E-Mail-Konto anlegen möchte, dann geht das nicht.
Das Dropdown für den Typ hat keine Auswahlmöglichkeit:

Normalerweise steht das IMAP bzw. POP3 drin.
Habe schon die Sprache auf Deutsch umgeschaltet, aber der Fehler tritt dennoch auf.
Jemand eine Idee?

Ich bin einen Schritt weiter.
Aus einer früheren Installation habe ich entsprechend die Werte aus der SQL üernommen und eingetragen.
Jetzt sehe ich im entsprechenden Typ-Feld in der Übersicht die Meldung "POP3(not installed!)".
Wenn ich die Mails abholen will, kommt folgende Meldung:

Eine Datei "Email/Outlook/Message.pm" finde ich nicht.

Hab das system jetzt nochmal neu aufgesetzt. Jetzt läuft es.
