Servus zusammen,
wir haben nun erfolgreich auf OTRS 3.0.5 geupdatet und mich beschäftigt momentan die Frage der Kennzeichnung von ungelesenen Artikeln. Vielleicht kann mir jemand den Unterschied zwischen den gelben und gräulichen Sternen erläutern.

Yellow star, if there is at least one unseen (not opened by YOU) article AND the ticket owner or responsible is you (no matter if locked or unlocked)
White star, if there is at least one unseen (not opened by YOU) article AND the ticket is NOT you (no matter if locoed or unlocked)
No star, if there are no unseen article (all articles are read by YOU) (no matter who is the owner or if locked or unlocked)
Yellow star, if there is at least one unseen (not opened by YOU) article AND the ticket owner or responsible is you (no matter if locked or unlocked)
White star, if there is at least one unseen (not opened by YOU) article AND the ticket is NOT you (no matter if locoed or unlocked)
No star, if there are no unseen article (all articles are read by YOU) (no matter who is the owner or if locked or unlocked)
