Hi,

ich kannmir den Befehl nicht merken.

Ich will das DBUpdate Script auf 3.2 ausführen. Wie mache ich das als Otrs user?

ich mache ein su otrs.
Klappt nicht ich bekomme dann die Meldung

den user gibts

whoami sagt dass ich trotz su otrs root bin

otrs

501:48:OTRS System User:/opt/otrs:/bin/false

was mach ich falsch?

Ich raff das nicht...
ich hab das DBUpdate-to-xxx.pl jetzt icht ausgeführt...OTRS neu getsartet jetzt gehst?!?

ich hab dem otrs user über die passwd eine bash verpast, das hat auch geklappt.
