Hallo zusammen,
wir haben im Januar unser OTRS 2.2.3 auf eine neue Maschine gebracht und aus 2.4.6 upgedatet. Soweit alle gut, aber die PDF-Druckausgabe funktioniert leider nicht wie gedacht.
Die Variablen im Header der Seite sind im Prinzip fast unlesbar, es scheint wie ein Blocksatz aufgebaut zu sein (siehe Anhang)
Der eigentliche Text (plain) wird korrekt dargestellt.
Hat jemand eine Idee?

So, habe noch was gefunden.
Die Ausgabe von otrs.checkModules bringt einen Fehler im Bereich PDF::API2:
o PDF::API2......................failed!!! Version 0.72.003 not supported! This version is broken and not useable, please upgrade to a higher version!
Habe dann mal versucht PDF::API2 auf die richtige Version zu bringen. CPAN sagt mir:
PDF::API2 is up to date (2.015).

Mach mal nen Force Install im CPAN, glaube das hats bei mir gelöst...
