I'm working with ITSM module in OTRS.
I own a single user need to first be responsible for more than one work order.
However when some condition change is valid and is sent the notification to the user, he receives several notifications with the same text, as if the cache of the first notification interfere in the other.
Here is an example of change to illustrate the error.
a change with three work orders with the same attendant
with a simple condition to change the state of the three at the same time
the history is told that was sent 1 notification for each work order
however they are received three identical emails
by repeating the same case in otrs 3 (3.3.2), is failure does not occur
