ITSM 4.0.10 Conditions sending same workorder info

In OTRS 4.0.10, I have an ITSM Change Condition that updates the WorkOrder Agent, unique, for two different WorkOrders.

Both Agents receive Agent Notification but the body of the Notification has the same data for the first workorder. <OTRS_WORKORDER_Title> is the same in the body of both notifications.

Does anyone have an idea where to check on this? (I'll be glad to submit a bug report...)
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

We encountered a similar issue, I think it's this bug:
