Is it possible to delivry Browser Pop-Up notifications to the Agents?

It depends . "Yes" it's possible. And it works really well. except it's one time. It's gone and doesn't come back.

CustomerAccept and AgentInfo are immediate forced notifications to Customers and Agents once applied.
Update the relevant template(s), enable the attributes in System Config, and make sure to use a key value that hasn't been previously used (I like to include the date in the key).
Don't forget you can just update the headers to put a more long-term reminder.

But what i wanted are the pop up notifications, for browser, like news websites does, for tickets oppened, updated, etc..
