Hi!
Sometimes znuny/otrs creates duplicate tickets and sometimes even worse, up to six copies. Not right away either, there can be up to 24 hours before the duplicate is created. We're using imap on a gmail workspace account. It doesn't happen often but creates a lot of problems when it does.
There are no errors in the log files, everything looks fine.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? Could the solution be to switch to POP3 instead of Imap?
We're using znuny 6.0.32-01 but I don't think there's a bug in znuny, we had the same problem with otrs 5.

It looks like during fetching something goes wrong and the e-mail is placed inside /opt/otrs/var/spool
This directory is processed every night to import e-mail when something went wrong before.
Please check all related logs (Daemon logs, OTRS log).
