Hello all and how are you doing, I am new to OTRS and its functionality but I am very excited by what I have learned so far, and I welcome all and any pointers, suggestions, and input on how to simplify things. Currently I am trying to figure out how to remove queues, junk. raw.. and replace with my own? Forgive me allow me to clarify,I mean so that when a user logs on and try to create a ticket, in the to option.. there is where I want to modify Thank you in advance for any of your help.. I think I have found it, but would still like to hear tips.

Evaluation/pilot: OTRS 2.4.7 on Linux (CentOS 5.4) with MySQL database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.
