Is it possible to automatically set groups for customer users? I have about 2000 new users getting ready to begin submitting tickets and would greatly prefer to have the option to limit them to certain queue's instead of trusting them to choose the correct queue for their ticket to be entered into.
I do have AD integration for login so I thought something like UserSyncGroupsDefinition might work. It would be nice to display their queue/group based on their OU. Unfortunately can't seem to make it work for Customer Users.
