Hi,
we need a customization of Module AgentTicketPrint.pm for printing only articles relative to external notes.
We doesn't want that internal notes will be printed since we use the Ticket print as a report for our customers.
How can we achieve this goal?

log in as a customer.

If I login as a customer and change that settings I cannot be sure that the customer won't get back to default settings.
I don't want customers can see internal notes.

It's alright.
I can print tickets as a customer and internal notes are not printed, but we have some CustomFields that will not appear in this generated PDF.
Also we have less informations in the header.
