Hello guys, what I'm trying to achieve now is to allow the customer to change the ticket owner. My customer is a company who has people that detect problems and create tickets, but they don't work on them they assign an specialist to work on the ticket along with our support engineers. Is there any way for the customer to reasign the ticket owner?

No. If you want that, you'll have to make the customers agents themselves with Move Into permissions.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
