and is it hard to be mounted/installed/configured?

what exactly do you mean by "host"?
if you are talking about hosted OTRS: probably http://www.otrs.com/en/solutions/ondemand/
or any root webserver where you can configure anything needed

I recommend Apache with mod_perl on Centos.
