OTRS S/Mime problem with crypted messages

Good Day!

We use S/MIME in OTRS and have a with it

When we receive signed e-mail - we can read it in OTRS normally.

But when we receive signed and crypted e-mail - we cannot read it - in OTRS interface we see an error:

"Impossible to decrypt: private key for email was not found!"

Can you help me, how to solve it ?
And the second problem - when we try to send a message from OTRS - it is impossible to choose sign and crypt key in combo-box's.
