Configure email received

Hello

I would like to know to configure the Files (of the ticket) according to the email address that the email was received.

Bonjour,

Je ne sais pas si ça répondra vraiment à ta question,

Mais tu peux classer un mail automatiquement dans une FILE en fonction de l'adresse posteMaster,
ça se paramètre dans Administrateur, Compte Mail PosteMaster, et sur ton Mail tu peux choisir la répartition de La file.

(Si tu utilises le Forum Anglais, pense à utiliser le mot clé "Queue" pour "File").

Pretty much what Charles said, :)
If you want email to dispatch by email address, make sure the email address/Queue is set in "System Addresses" and "Dispatch by To" is chosen.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

I stil have a problem...

I would like to assigned a new ticket to a specific queue according to the address that sent the email, this is possible ??

Yes, but don't do that. Don't use customer based queues. Just like you don't have doors to your office based upon the name of the visitor.

PostMaster filter. If From isn't valid selection, add it in SysConfig.

I add postmaster filter and it works !
